LCA Leadership Series
- Description
- Reviews
The challenges, and the opportunities, facing Africa’s natural heritage and biodiversity are as large and diverse as the continent itself. More than ever we will depend on the community of conservation professionals to be the thought leaders and agents of change. This is why we produced a series of videos providing young conservation workers with a toolkit to develop themselves as leaders.
In this series, we cover topics such as Orginisational Goal Setting, Decision Making, Managing Stakeholder Relationships and understating Communications and Leadership Styles and much more.
This series was produced by the LCA and supported and funded by Sabine Plattner African Charities (SPAC)
