Born into organisations

As a young conservation leader, you could apply for different positions as you complete your studies. Often there is some hesitancy, as we doubt our ability, or we are worried that we lack experience. This presentation will, to the contrary, demonstrate that due to the way you grew up within your family structure, you already have experience of living in an organisation. This, prepared you and equipped you to take up positions in organisations, and even leadership positions.

Dr Frans Cilliers is a Professor of Industrial and Organisational Psychology. His research interests include Leadership and Executive Coaching, Psychology Religion and Social Change Anthropology and Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
